摘要
以基于BIM的装配式建筑全过程造价管理为研究对象,分析了决策、设计、生产、施工、竣工各阶段造价管理的核心要求,剖析了当前存在的各阶段数据断层、BIM应用浅层化、多方协同机制缺失等问题,提出了基于BIM的装配式建筑全过程造价管理优化策略,旨在打通全过程造价管理链路,提升装配式建筑造价管控效率,实现成本优化与工程质量的双重保障。
Taking the whole-process cost management of prefabricated buildings based on BIM as the research object,this paper analyzes the core requirements for cost management in the decision-making,design,production,construction and completion stages.It explores the existing problems such as data fragmentation in each stage,superficial BIM application and lack of multi-stakeholder coordination mechanisms.The optimization strategy of whole-process cost management of prefabricated building based on BIM is put forward,aiming to connect the whole-process cost management chain,improve the cost management efficiency of prefabricated buildings,and realize the dual guarantee of cost optimization and project quality.
