基于健康教育活动的体卫融合复合型人才培养路径探索

摘要 目的探索健康教育活动在体卫融合复合型人才培养中的路径及其效应。方法2021年9月—2022年12月,依托生命科学与健康科普教育基地,组织医学生面向在校大学生、中小学生和社区居民开展健康教育活动,通过问卷调查,对比分析健康教育实践活动对在校大学生和中小学生的世界观、价值观、科学观和奉献精神的正向影响,对比分析健康教育活动对社区居民的健康知识、健康理念、健康管理及运动促健行为的正向影响。结果教育活动后,在校大学生在生命观、科学观、职业素养和奉献精神方面,正向影响显著高于负向影响,社会服务意识明显提高;中小学生的生命观和价值观的正向影响亦显著高于负向影响,有助于其树立正确的生命观、价值观及科学健康意识;面向社区居民开展的健康教育活动,对90%以上社区居民的健康知识掌握和健康生活方式养成均有积极影响,健康管理意识也明显增强。结论依托健康教育活动开展体卫融合教育实践,资源优势明显,融合效果显著,既实现了社会化服务目标,又为体卫融合复合型人才的培养探索出一条有效路径。 Objective To explore the pathways and effects of health education activities in cultivating interdisciplinary talents for sports-health integration.Methods From September 2021 to December 2022,leveraging the advantages of a Life Sciences and Health Science Education Base,medical students were organized to conduct health education activities targeting university students,primary and secondary school students,and community residents.Questionnaire surveys were used to comparatively analyze the positive impact of these practical health education activities on the worldview,values,scientific outlook,and spirit of dedication among university students and school students,as well as the positive impact on community residents’health knowledge,health concepts,health management,and exercise-for-health behaviors.Results After the educational activities,the positive impact significantly outweighed the negative impact among university students regarding their outlook on life,scientific outlook,professional competence,and spirit of dedication,with a marked increase in social service awareness.For primary and secondary school students,the positive impact on their outlook on life and values also significantly outweighed the negative impact,aiding in the establishment of correct outlooks on life and values,as well as fostering a scientific health consciousness.Health education activities conducted for community residents positively influenced the health knowledge acquisition and healthy lifestyle adoption of over 90%of participants,with significantly enhanced health management awareness.Conclusion Conducting sports-health integration educational practices based on health education activities demonstrates significant resource advantages and effective integration outcomes.This approach not only achieved the goal of socialized service but also explored an effective pathway for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in sports-health integration.
