摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展,对高层次、应用型专门人才的需求,不仅在规模上持续扩大,对质量的要求也变得更高,专业学位研究生日渐成为高校研究生报考的主流。近年来,陕西科技大学在专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中,不断加强与地方企业的合作,以研究生职业胜任力提升为切入点,借助与产业部门、政府的密切合作,进一步推进专业学位研究生培养与职业特色有机衔接。从课程设置、实践训练、思政育人和基地建设等方面构建服务于专业学位硕士研究生培养的支撑保障体系,形成基于职业胜任力的“四位一体”专业学位研究生培养模式,符合专业学位硕士研究生培养要求。同时,为我省区域经济发展与行业产业转型升级,输送一批高层次应用型专门人才。
With the development of China's economy and society,there is a growing demand for high-level and applied specialized talents.Postgraduates with professional master's degree have become the mainstream in graduate school applications,both in terms of quantity and quality.In recent years,Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has strengthened cooperation with local enterprises in the process of cultivating postgraduates with professional master's degree.They have built a support system for graduate education,focusing on enhancing graduates'professional competence through curriculum design,practical training,ideological and political education,and base construction.This has formed a"four-in-one"educational model based on professional competence,which meets the requirements of postgraduates with professional master's degree.At the same time,they have also contributed a group of high-level applied specialized talents to the regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading in our province.
