校企融合视阈下口腔医学技术专业学生培养的思考——以天津医学高等专科学校为例

Thoughts on the Cultivation of Students Majoring in Dental Technology from the Perspective of School Enterprise Integration--Taking Tianjin Medical College as an Example

摘要 随着职业教育改革与口腔医疗产业数字化升级加速,传统培养模式难以满足当下口腔医学技术人才的需求。因此,针对专业特点,分析当前专业培养现状与存在问题,通过天津医学高等专科学校实证研究,提出创新“2+2+2”的人才培养模式;搭建校企合作共同体;推行“双导师+项目制”;重构课程体系的临床情境;构建产教动态耦合机制;创建基于真实情境的“做中学”模式,为口腔医学技术专业进一步深化“校企合作、产教融合”提供理论参考与实践路径。 With the acceleration of vocational education reform and digital upgrading of the dental medical industry,traditional training models are unable to meet the current demand for dental technical talents.Therefore,based on the characteristics of the profession,analyze the current situation and existing problems of professional training,and propose an innovative“2+2+2”talent training model through empirical research at Tianjin Medical College;Building a collaborative community between schools and enterprises;Promote the"dual mentor+project system";Reconstruct the clinical context of the curriculum system;Establish a dynamic coupling mechanism between industry and education;Create a"learning by doing"model based on real-life situations,providing theoretical references and practical paths for further deepening"school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration"in the field of oral medicine technology.
