摘要
目的系统评价以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-based Learning,PBL)与传统讲授教学法(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Wiley、Web of Science、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)数据库和万方数据库。收集PBL与LBL在眼科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果的对比研究文献。所纳入文献对比PBL与LBL教学的理论成绩、操作成绩和满意度。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7项研究。Meta分析结果显示,两组学生的理论成绩(WMD=7.25,95%CI:3.17~11.33,P<0.05)、操作成绩(WMD=11.51,95%CI:3.21~19.81,P<0.05)、满意度(OR=6.00,95%CI:2.31~15.60,P<0.05)均具有统计学差异。结论在眼科住院医师规范化培训中PBL教学在理论成绩、操作成绩、满意度方面优于传统讲授教学。提示在眼科住院医师规范化培训中引入PBL教学可以取得更好的教学效果。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of problem-based learning(PBL)versus traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)in the standardized training of ophthalmology residents.Methods A computer-based search was conducted in PubMed,Wiley,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Full-text Database(VIP),and Wanfang Database to collect comparative studies on the effects of PBL teaching and traditional teaching in the standardized training of ophthalmology residents.The included stdudies compared the theoretical performance,practical performance,and satisfaction between PBL and LBL.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 7 studies were included.The results of the Meta-analysis showed statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of theoretical performance(WMD=7.25,95%CI:3.17~11.33,P<0.05),practical performance(WMD=11.51,95%CI:3.21~19.81,P<0.05),and satisfaction(OR=6.00,95%CI:2.31~15.60,P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized training of ophthalmology residents,PBL teaching is better than LBL in terms of theoretical performance,practical performance and satisfaction.This suggests that introducing PBL into the standardized training of ophthalmology introducing PBL into the standardized training of ophthalmology residents can achieve better teaching outcomes.
