摘要
液体石蜡作为生产氯化石蜡的原料,其中短链烷烃(≤C_(13))含量对产品质量十分重要。基于分子炼油理念,通过生产工艺优化,对现有分子筛脱蜡装置增开脱C_(14)塔(V-405),将重质液蜡进一步精馏分离,达到了降低重质液蜡中短链烷烃(≤C_(13))含量的目的,确保了下游氯化石蜡行业生产中碳数小于13的短链氯化石蜡的含量符合环保要求,最终达到预期效果。
Liquid paraffin is used as raw material for the production of chlorinated paraffin,of which the short-chain alkane content(≤C_(13))is very important.Based on the concept of molecular oil refining,through the optimization of production process,a C_(14) tower(V-405)was added to the existing liquid wax production plant,the purpose of reducing the content of short chain paraffin(C_(13))in heavy liquid wax was achieved,and the production of environmentally friendly liquid wax was realized.
