摘要
中国石油抚顺石化公司石油三厂分子筛脱蜡装置是生产液蜡的二次加工装置,该装置的V-403塔主要作用是分离C13和C14,在运行期间,V-403塔底C14组分中含有大量的C13,无法对目标产品迚行有效分离,至高效产品C13组分流失。装置负荷越大,分离效果越差,装置负荷无法提高。该塔采用CTST立体传质塔板后,分离效果大幅提高,达到预期效果。
The molecular sieve dewaxing unit in No.3 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company of PetroChina is a secondary processing unit for production of liquid wax,the main function of the V-403 tower is to separate C13 and C14.During previous operation,C14 component in the bottom of the V-403 tower contained a lot of C13,so the V-403 tower was unable to effectively separate the target products,resulting in the loss of component C13 as efficient product.The larger the load was,the worse the separation effect was,and the device load could not be increased.After using CTST in the tower,the separation effect has been greatly improved,and the expected effect has been achieved.
