多效唑对几种乡土树种扦插生根的影响

摘要 通过无性快繁技术能有效提升林分质量与林地生产力。为推动乡土树种发展,本试验以黄樟、灰木莲、格木、木荷为研究对象,以多效唑作为生长调节剂,探究了0~200 mg·L^(-1)多效唑处理下插穗生根能力及内源激素水平的变化。结果表明:在200 mg·L^(-1) ABT1+0~200 mg·L^(-1)多效唑作用下,随着多效唑浓度增加,供试4个树种的生根率、不定根数整体上呈先上升后下降趋势,并以200 mg·L^(-1) ABT1+100 mg·L^(-1)多效唑处理下的生根效果最佳。与对照(200 mg·L^(-1) ABT1)相比,多效唑对插穗中内源性吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GAs)、脱落酸(ABA)水平影响显著,但对zR水平无明显影响。其中,IAA水平在对照、多效唑处理下随着扦插时间增加均表现为先升高后降低,但相较对照处理,在扦插30 d(不定根发生期)和60 d(不定根形成期)时,多效唑处理下IAA显著增加。多效唑改变了生根过程中GAs、ABA水平的变化趋势。在多效唑处理下,GAs在扦插30~60 d时整体上高于对照处理,而ABA在扦插60 d时显著高于对照。经关联性分析,GAs与IAA、ABA均呈一定的负相关线性关系。在IAA、GAs、ABA 3种激素中,插穗生根率与GAs、IAA的关联性最大(R 2:0.84~0.95),而不定根数与ABA、GAs的关联性大(R 2:0.79~0.87)。研究表明,适宜浓度(100 mg·L^(-1))的多效唑有效改善了4个供试乡土树种的扦插生根能力,这可能与多效唑处理下插穗中降低的GAs水平以及升高的IAA、ABA水平有关。 Asexual rapid propagation technology can effectively improve stand quality and forest land productivity.To promote the development of native tree species,the experiment was conducted with Cinnamomum porrectum,Magnolia glauca,Erythrophleum fordii and Schima superba as research objects,and paclobutrazol(PBZ)as growth regulator to explore the rooting ability and endogenous hormone levels of cuttings under 0~200 mg·L^(-1) of PBZ treatment.The results showed that under the treatment of 200 mg·L^(-1) ABT1+0~200 mg·L^(-1) PBZ,with the increase of PBZ concentration,the rooting rate and adventitious root number of the four tree species increased first and then decreased,and the rooting effect was the best under the treatment of 200 mg·L^(-1) ABT1+100 mg·L^(-1) PBZ.Compared with the control(200 mg·L^(-1) ABT1),PBZ had a significant effect on the levels of endogenous ndole-3-acetic acid(IAA),gibberellins(GAs)and abscisic acid(ABA)in cuttings,but had no significant effect on the level of zR.Among them,the IAA level increased first and then decreased with the increase of cutting time under the control and PBZ treatment.However,compared with the control treatment,IAA increased significantly under PBZ treatment at day 30(adventitious root formation stage)and day 60(adventitious root formation stage).The trend of GAs and ABA levels during rooting were changed by PBZ.Under the treatment of PBZ,GAs was higher than that of the control treatment from day 30 to day 60 of cutting,while ABA was significantly higher than that of the control at day 60 of cutting.Correlation analysis showed that GAs had a negative correlation with IAA and ABA.Among the three hormones of IAA,GAs and ABA,the rooting rate of cuttings exhibited strong correlation with GAs and IAA(R 2:0.84~0.95),while the number of adventitious roots exhibited strong correlation with ABA and GAs(R 2:0.79~0.87).The study indicated that the appropriate concentration(100 mg·L^(-1))of PBZ effectively improved the rooting ability of four native tree species,which might be related to the decreased GAs level and increased IAA and ABA levels in cuttings under PBZ treatment.
