摘要
研究了不同浓度S3307对雪松、桧柏、龙柏插枝生根的效应,通过与PP333,NAA等药剂处理的比较,证明S3307促进插枝生根的高效性及其与NAA互作的加成效应。试验结果还进一步证实,S3307可通过抑制插枝中GAs的生物合成,提高插枝基部多酚氧化酶活性,降低IAA氧化酶活性,改变内源抑制物质和生长物质的比例,从而促进了树木的插枝生根效应。
This paper is a study on the effects of S 3307 of different densities on the rooting of the cuttings of cedrus deodara loud,sabina chinensis L.Ant and S. chinensis L. Ant cv. kaizuca. comparing with NAA,PP 333,the authors have demanstrated the high effectiveness of S 3307 and its additional effect with NAA.The result has also proved that through inhibiting the biosynthesis of GAs,S 3307 can improve the activity of polyphenol oxidase,and reduce the activity of IAA oxidase.Through changing the propotion of intrinsic inhibitors and growth substances,it promotes the rooting of tree cuttings.
