摘要
利用ATR-FTIR分析高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)瓶盖表面析出物,发现,在3215、3391和1603 cm^(-1)处出现了芥酸酰胺C=O和—NH_(2)基团的特征吸收峰,分析得到析出物为芥酸酰胺。采用GC-FID检测芥酸酰胺的含量,该方法在1~100 mg/L范围内的线性关系较好,相关系数为0.9995,优化芥酸酰胺最佳提取条件,加标回收率为94.9%~100.5%,RSD为3.2%~9.2%。进一步研究发现,随着温度和时间的增加,芥酸酰胺的析出量持续增加,在HDPE表面形成润滑层,使其摩擦因数从0.48下降至0.37,有效地改善了材料的摩擦性能。采用SEM观察析出过程发现,芥酸酰胺从初期少量析出逐渐形成多层有序结构;XPS的分析进一步证明芥酸酰胺发生了迁移,并且,检测到表面氧杂质,证明HDPE存在氧化降解。此外,随着芥酸酰胺迁移量的增加,其非极性烃基降低了HDPE的表面自由能,增大了疏水性。
The precipitate on the surface of high density polyethylene(HDPE)bottle cap were analyzed by ATR-FTIR,and the characteristic absorption peaks of erucamide C=O and—NH_(2)groups appeared at 3215,3391,and 1603 cm^(-1),which confirming that the precipitate were erucamide.The content of erucamide was detected by GC-FID,and the method had a good linear relationship in the range of 1~100 mg/L(correlation coefficient was 0.9995),the optimum extraction conditions of erucamide were optimized,and the recovery rate of standard addition was 94.9%~100.5%,RSD 3.2%~9.2%.Further study showed that the amount of erucamide precipitated increased with the increase of temperature and time.The friction coefficient of HDPE was decreased from 0.48 to 0.37 due to the formation of lubricating layer on the surface of HDPE,which effectively improved the friction performance of the material.The precipitation process was observed by SEM,and it was found that erucamide gradually formed a multi-layer ordered structure from the initial small amount of precipitation;XPS analysis further confirmed the migration of erucamide,and detected surface oxygen impurities,which provided a theoretical basis for the development of erucamide,it indicated that HDPE had oxidative degradation.In addition,with the increase of the migration amount of erucamide,the non-polar alkyl group of erucamide decreased the surface free energy of HDPE,thus increasing the hydrophobicity.
