摘要
礼县是我国大黄的核心产区,其掌叶大黄因道地性强、药效成分高而享誉国内外。近年来,礼县大黄产业在规模效益、品牌建设及政策支持下取得显著进展,但仍面临种苗繁育滞后、标准化生产不足、加工技术薄弱等挑战。基于文献分析与实地调研数据,系统梳理礼县大黄产业的种植规模、经济效益、技术应用现状,剖析产业链短板,并从良种繁育、绿色栽培、质量追溯、科技支撑等角度提出优化路径。研究认为,通过整合政策、科技与市场资源,推动全产业链协同发展,可实现大黄产业的高质量转型,助力乡村振兴。
Lixian County is the core production area of rhubarb in China,with its Rheum palmatum L.renowned both domestically and internationally for its strong geographical authenticity and high medicinal potency.In recent years,the rhubarb industry in Lixian has achieved significant progress in scale efficiency,brand development,and policy support.However,challenges persist including lagging seedling propagation,insufficient standardized production,and weak processing technologies.Based on literature analysis and field research data,this paper systematically examines the current status of planting scale,economic benefits,and technological applications in Lixian’s rhubarb industry,identifies shortcomings in the industrial chain,and proposes optimization strategies from perspectives of improved seed breeding,green cultivation practices,quality traceability systems,and scientific innovation support.The study concludes that integrating policy,technological,and market resources to promote coordinated development across the entire industrial chain can facilitate high-quality transformation of the rhubarb industry,thereby contributing to rural revitalization.
