西藏旁多水库浮游植物群落构成及与水环境因子相关性研究

摘要 为了解西藏旁多水库浮游植物群落结构特征及其与水环境因子的关系,于2020年对水库的浮游植物和水质理化因子进行了调查分析。运用多元统计方法分析了旁多水库浮游植物群落结构特征与水环境因子的相关性。结果显示,旁多水库浮游植物共计3门18种(属),以硅藻门为优势物种。旁多水库水营养类型为贫营养型。旁多水库浮游植物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H)、Simpson多样性指数(D)和Pielou均匀度指数(J)的平均值分别为7.47、6.38和0.89,表明物种组成较丰富,群落结构较稳定。硅藻门中舟形藻、脆杆藻、菱形藻与pH、溶解氧、总磷、水温、硫酸根、氯离子相关性较大,绿藻门的尾丝藻与铵态氮相关性较大。水库水质安全具有重要的经济与生态价值,建议加强对水质理化因子及浮游植物的关注,实现水资源可持续发展与利用。 In order to understand the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure in Pangduo Reservoir and its relationship with water environmental factors,the phytoplankton and water quality physicochemical factors in the reservoir were investigated and analyzed in 2020.The multivariate statistical method was used to analyze the correlation between the phytoplankton community structure and water environment factors in Pangduo Reservoir.The results showed that there were a total of 18 species(genera)of phytoplankton in three phyla in Pangduo Reservoir,with Diatoms as the dominant species.The water nutrition type is oligotrophic type.The average values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H),Simpson diversity index(D)and Pielou evenness index(J)of phytoplankton in Pangduo Reservoir were 7.47,6.38,and 0.89,respectively,indicating that the species composition was richer and the community structure was stable.Navicula sp.,Fragilaria sp.,and Nitzschia sp.in Bacillariophyta are more related to pH,DO,TP,water temperature,SO 2-4,and Cl,Uronema confervicolum in the Chlorophyta is more related to NH 4+.Reservoir water quality safety has important economic and ecological value.It is recommended to pay more attention to water quality physicochemical factors and phytoplankton to achieve sustainable development and utilization of water resources.
