摘要
基于矿用液压支架的构成及分类,结合不同工况条件下液压支架受载情况,构建不同工况下矿用液压支架有限元分析模型,以此为基础分析不同工况下矿用液压支架顶梁结构性能,指出当前液压支架顶梁结构中存在的不足,提出改进建议,介绍改进后矿用液压支架的实践应用效果,以为后续矿用液压支架设计改进提供理论参考。
Based on the composition and classification of mining hydraulic bracket, combined with the loading of hydraulic bracket under different working conditions, the finite element analysis model of mining hydraulic bracket under different working conditions is constructed,based on which the structural performance of mining hydraulic bracket roof beam under different working conditions is analyzed, the deficiencies in the current hydraulic bracket roof beam structure are pointed out, improvement suggestions are made, and the practical application effect of the improved mining hydraulic bracket is introduced,which provides references for hydraulic bracket roof.
