摘要
“公民民族主义”将民族认同建立在共同的法律和公民意识等政治价值观念之上,淡化甚至否认共同历史、血缘和传统文化的作用。这一理论偏好迎合了“台独”势力弱化两岸历史文化渊源、争取“外省人”群体的需求。相较于强调“原生论”的原有“台独”理论而言,“台独”势力借鉴“公民民族主义”思路而形成的“建构论”的“台湾民族主义”论述具有更强的欺骗性,为扩大基本盘、建构“台湾民族”和强化两岸区隔提供了新的理论工具。但其不仅在理论上自相矛盾,更严重脱离现实,倘若任其泛滥,将把台湾地区带向极其危险的境地。
"Civic nationalism"bases national identity on shared political values such as common legal frameworks and civic consciousness,while downplaying or even denying the role of shared history,ancestry,and traditional culture.This theoretical preference caters to the needs of"Taiwan independence"forces to weaken the historical and culturl ties between the two sides and to win over the"mainlander"group.Compared with the original"Taiwan independence"theory that emphasizes the"native theory",the discourse of"Taiwan nationalism"coming from"construction theory"formed by the"Taiwan independence"forces by drawing lessons from the idea of"civic nationalism"is more deceptive,which provides a new theoretical tool for expanding the base,constructing the"Taiwan nation"and strengthening the separation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.However,this discourse is not only theoretically self-contradictory but also severely detached from reality.If allowed to proliferate unchecked,it will lead Taiwan into an extremely perilous situation,
