摘要
蔡英文所使用的“台湾共同体”的意涵继承自李登辉及陈水扁,并不断拓展其中强调政治价值、煽动两岸敌意的谋“独”意图,以此对抗国家完全统一,具有极大的欺骗性和危害性。究其本质,“台湾共同体”实为“台独共同体”,服务于蛊惑中国台湾民众对抗祖国内地、逐步达成“事实独立”等目的。为此,民进党当局主要通过全面清除中国元素、推进“台湾国家正常化”进程等途径开展“台湾共同体”的构建,在文化认同、法理基础等方面对两岸关系乃至未来祖国完全统一产生非常负面的影响。从中国台湾内外部环境来看,这一构建“台湾共同体”的图谋终将徒劳无益。尽管如此,祖国内地仍需采取有效策略加以应对,如进一步深化两岸融合发展、增强“两岸命运共同体”意识等。
Tsai Ing-wen inherits the notion of“Taiwan Residents Community”from Lee Teng-hui and Chen Shui-bian and has expanded its scope to emphasize political values and incite hostility between the Straits with the covert intention of promoting independence.This concept,which opposes complete unification of the nation,is highly deceptive and harmful.In essence,the“Taiwan Residents Community”is a“Community of China Taiwan independence”,aiming at manipulating Taiwan residents,China to resist the China's mainland and gradually achieve“de facto independence”.Consequently,the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP)authorities primarily undertake the construction of“Taiwan Residents Community”through comprehensive removal of Chinese elements and promoting the“normalization of the Taiwan state”.In terms of cultural identity,legal basis,and other aspects,these efforts have negative influence on the cross-Straits relations and China's complete reunification in the future.From the internal and external environment of Taiwan region of China,this plot to construct a“Taiwan Residents community”is ultimately futile.Nevertheless,the China's mainland must still adopt effective strategies to respond,such as further deepening integration and development across the Straits and enhancing the consciousness of a“shared destiny across the Straits”.
