摘要
很多大型海洋工程船上常配置有30吨级电-液型甲板起重机,用于传递工作船与支持船之间的货物。由于该吨级的甲板起重机机房受空间限制,内部设备布置往往比较局促。如果因设计空间不足造成起重机机房布置欠妥,将造成起重机主电动机和液压油冷却器等缺乏维修空间,甲板起重机在交付使用后维护十分困难。为了解决此类难题,通过分析传统布置方案的弊端以及现场测量数据,提出解决方案。该方案能够满足主电机和液压油冷却器维修空间困难的难题。研究结果可为破解电-液型起重机机房维修难题提供另一种方案,为船舶和海洋工程设计和使用者提供一些有益启示。
A 30-ton electro-hydraulic deck crane is often equipped on many large marine engineering vessels to transfer cargo between workboats and support vessels.Due to space constraints in the machinery room of cranes of this class,the layout of internal equipment is often cramped.If the arrangement is improperly designed due to lack of experience,maintenance space for the main electric motor and hydraulic oil cooler may be insufficient,thus making maintenance extremely difficult after the deck crane is put into service.To address such issues,a solution is proposed through analysis of the drawbacks of traditional layout schemes and on-site data measurement.This solution can effectively alleviate the maintenance space challenges for the main motor and hydraulic oil cooler.The findings are expected to offer some insights into resolving maintenance difficulties in electro-hydraulic crane machinery rooms and to provide beneficial references for designers and operators in marine and offshore engineering.
