摘要
文中介绍了一种采用变频驱动方式的重载搬运设备实现高精度对接的方法,实测额载25吨级设备标准工况运行时可达到±5 mm以内精度,媲美伺服驱动方式的高精度,同时具备变频驱动方式总成本较低、易于维护的优势。可广泛应用于有较高停车、对接精度要求的成品、半成品储运库等大载重物料搬运场景。
A high-precision docking method for heavy-duty handling equipment driven by variable-frequency systems is presented.Under standard operating conditions,a 25-ton prototype achieves a measured docking accuracy of±5 mm,equivalent to servo-drive performance while retaining the inherent advantages of variable-frequency systems,namely lower capital expenditure and simplified maintenance.The approach is readily applicable to heavy-duty material-handling environments where stringent positioning tolerances are required,such as warehouses for finished and semi-finished products.
