“00后”高职生价值观偏失及对策研究

摘要 在社会经济飞速发展与多元文化交织碰撞的时代背景下,“00后”高职大学生作为即将步入社会的重要群体,其价值观的塑造与引领备受关注。然而,受复杂社会环境、功利化教育导向、家庭教育缺位及个体认知局限等多重因素影响,部分“00后”高职大学生出现了价值观偏失的现象,表现为个人主义膨胀、功利化倾向显著、生命意义认知模糊等问题。本文基于生命化教育理念,采用文献分析、访谈法与行动研究法,系统探究“00后”高职大学生价值观偏失的现状及成因,并从构建生命化教育体系、强化家校社协同、关注个体差异、完善评价机制四个维度提出对策。研究旨在为高职院校价值观教育提供理论支撑与实践路径,助力“00后”高职大学生树立正确价值观,实现生命价值与社会价值的统一。 Against the backdrop of rapid socio-economic development and the collision of diverse cultures,the shaping and guidance of the values of post-2000 vocational college students,as an important group about to enter society,have attracted much attention.However,influenced by multiple factors such as complex social environment,utilitarian education orientation,lack of family education,and individual cognitive limitations,some post-2000 vocational college students have experienced a phenomenon of value bias,manifested as individualism inflation,significant utilitarian tendencies,and vague understanding of the meaning of life.This article is based on the concept of life oriented education,using literature analysis,interview methods,and action research methods to systematically explore the current situation and causes of the loss of values among post-2000 vocational college students.Countermeasures are proposed from four dimensions:building a life oriented education system,strengthening family school social cooperation,paying attention to individual differences,and improving evaluation mechanisms.The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical paths for values education in vocational colleges,helping post-2000 vocational college students establish correct values and achieve the unity of life value and social value.
