摘要
建设教育强国是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略先导,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,是满足人民群众对教育发展新期盼的客观需要,是提升我国教育国际影响力的必然选择。中国特色社会主义教育强国,应当具有强大的思政引领力、人才竞争力、科技支撑力、民生保障力、社会协同力、国际影响力。建设教育强国必须正确处理好支撑国家战略和满足民生需求、知识学习和全面发展、培养人才和满足社会需要、规范有序和激发活力、扎根中国大地和借鉴国际经验等重大关系;必须紧紧把握好聚焦根本任务、把牢战略地位、提升服务质量、深化教育改革、扩大教育开放、加强队伍建设等五个关键着力点。
Building a leading country in education is a strategic forerunner to building a modern socialist country,a foundation engineering for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,an objective need to meet the people's new expectations for educational development,and a necessary choice to enhance the international influence of our country's education.To build a leading country in education,we must correctly cope with the major issues including supporting national strategies and meeting people's livelihood needs,knowledge learning and all-round development,and cultivating talents and meeting social demand.
