基于汽车企业流的城市群网络特征与外部性

NETWORK FEATURES AND EXTERNALITIES OF URBAN AGGLOMERATIONS BASED ON AUTOMOTIVE ENTERPRISE FLOWS

摘要 为深化对汽车产业跨区域布局规律的认知,并为区域协调发展战略制定提供参考,研究基于2000-2020年汽车上市企业数据,构建企业流网络矩阵,解析城市群网络特征与外部性机制。研究发现基于汽车企业流的城市群网络形成了“南北双线,东部单轴”的发展模式,可细分为“4+4+1”的片区发展格局。长三角、京津冀、珠三角、成渝四大核心城市群主导汽车资源流动,区域联系呈现显著异质性,边缘城市群被排斥。产业专业化出现集聚不经济时,城市可以依靠产业多元化水平和外部性效应提升经济实力。研究成果为优化汽车产业布局,制定产业导向的区域协调发展战略提供了实证依据。 To deepen the understanding of the cross-regional layout patterns of the automobile industry and to pro-vide reference for the formulation of regional coordinated development strategies,this study constructs an enterprise flow network matrix based on data of listed automobile enterprises from 2000 to 2020,and analyzes the network char-acteristics and externality mechanisms of urban agglomerations.The findings show that the urban agglomeration net-work formed by automobile enterprise flows has developed into a "dual north-south lines with a single east-axis" pattern,which can be further divided into a "4+4+1"regional development structure.The Yangtze River Delta,Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei,Pearl River Delta,and Chengdu-Chongqing core urban agglomerations dominate the flow of au-tomobile resources,while regional linkages demonstrate significant heterogeneity,with peripheral urban agglomera-tions being excluded.When industrial specialization leads to diseconomies of agglomeration,cities can enhance their economic strength through industrial diversification and externality effects.These findings provide empirical ev-idence for optimizing the spatial distribution of the automobile industry and formulating industry-oriented regional coordinated development strategies.
