摘要
高校分类发展是高等教育适应社会发展与时代进步的必然趋势,地方应用型高校以培养适应区域经济社会发展所需要的应用型人才为己任。针对在办学过程中出现的高校供给侧与社会需求侧对称性缺失、高校人才培养与供给竞争力不足的突出问题,地方应用型高校应坚持区域产业导向,不断深化供给侧结构性改革,完善育人体系:一是坚持校地相融,以区域产业布局引领专业设置地方化;二是坚持产教融合,以区域产业需求推动课程建设生产化;三是坚持科教融汇,服务新质生产力实现培养过程数字化。
The classified development of higher education institutions is an inevitable trend for higher education to adapt to social development and the progress of the times.Local application-oriented universities take it as their responsibility to cultivate application-oriented talents who meet the needs of regional economic and social development.In response to the prominent problems such as the absence of symmetry between the supply side of universities and the social demand side and the insufficient competitiveness of universities in talent cultivation and supply,local application-oriented universities should adhere to the regional industrial orientation and continuously deepen the supply-side structural reform to improve the talent-cultivation system.Firstly,they should adhere to the integration between universities and local stakeholders to guide the localization of discipline establishment in accordance with regional industrial layout.Secondly,they should adhere to the integration of industry and education,promoting the industrialization of curriculum construction in accordance with regional industrial needs.Thirdly,they should adhere to the integration of science and education,and realize the digitalization of talent cultivation process to meet the demand of new-quality productivity.
