5G+工业以太网在煤矿智能提升机通信中的融合应用

摘要 为提升煤矿智能提升机在复杂井下环境中应用时的通信可靠性与智能化水平,针对传统工业以太网在时延、带宽及移动接入方面的局限性,提出一种5G与工业以太网融合的异构通信架构。该架构基于千兆单模光纤构建支持IEEE 1588v2时间同步的冗余环网,结合矿用本安型5G基站实现超可靠低时延通信(Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication,URLLC)模式下的低时延无线接入,通过边缘计算节点完成协议转换与数据融合,形成控制流与感知流协同传输体系。实验结果表明,端到端时延降至8.6 ms,控制指令响应一致性率达99.8%,故障特征保留完整率提高至98.7%,调度指令同步偏差控制在6.3 ms以内,各项指标均优于传统单一工业以太网方案。 To improve the communication reliability and intelligence level of intelligent coal mine hoists in complex underground environments,a heterogeneous communication architecture integrating 5G and industrial Ethernet is proposed to address the limitations of traditional industrial Ethernet in terms of latency,bandwidth,and mobile access.The architecture is based on gigabit single-mode optical fiber to build a redundant ring network supporting IEEE 1588v2 time synchronization,and combined with the mine intrinsic safety 5G base station to achieve low delay wireless access in the Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication(URLLC)mode,complete protocol conversion and data fusion through edge computing nodes,and form a cooperative transmission system of control flow and sensing flow.The experimental results show that the end-to-end latency is reduced to 8.6 ms,the control instruction response consistency rate reaches 99.8%,the fault feature preservation integrity rate is improved to 98.7%,and the scheduling instruction synchronization deviation is controlled within 6.3 ms.All indicators are better than traditional single industrial Ethernet solutions.
