基于AI图像识别的地销自动装车系统应用研究

摘要 张家峁煤矿的地销筒仓装车作业依赖集控中心操作员的远程人工操作和筒仓岗位工的现场指挥调度。由于生产区域存在车辆与人员的交叉作业,安全隐患较大,亟需通过技术手段实现装车过程的全面自动化与无人化,以提高作业的安全性。为了进一步实现装车过程的全面自动化、无人化,开展基于人工智能(AI)图像识别的地销自动装车系统应用研究。基于矿区工业以太网以及以4G无线传输网为一体的基础数据传输网络平台,构建地销自动装车系统整体框架,包括AI图像识别技术、自动装车技术等,以实现地销自动放煤、自动提醒司机前进、自动结束放煤等全自动无人装车功能。 The loading operation of the ground sales silo at Zhangjiamao Coal Mine relies on remote manual operation by operators in the centralized control center and on-site command and scheduling by silo personnel.Given the significant safety hazards arising from the cross-operation of vehicles and personnel in the production area,there is an urgent need to achieve full automation and unmanned operation of the loading process through technological means to enhance operational safety,reliability,and efficiency.To further realize full automation and unmanned operation of the loading process,research on the application of a ground sales automatic loading system based on Artificial Intelligence(AI)image recognition is conducted.Based on a fundamental data transmission network platform integrating the mine′s industrial Ethernet and 4G wireless transmission networks,the overall framework of the ground sales automatic loading system is constructed,incorporating AI image recognition technology,automatic loading technology,and other components,to achieve fully automatic unmanned loading functions,such as automatic coal release,automatic driver advancement reminders,and automatic termination of coal release.
