基于CAN总线的高功率密度液冷式DC-DC电源模块设计

摘要 为满足工业自动化设备对高功率密度、高效散热及智能化控制的需求,以某3 kW伺服驱动系统配套供电模块为研究对象,设计一种基于控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线的液冷式直流-直流(Direct Current-Direct Current,DC-DC)电源模块。通过分析电感-电感-电容(Inductor-Inductor-Capacitor,LLC)谐振全桥拓扑结构特性,结合液冷散热方案与CAN通信协议,提出多模块并联均流控制策略与智能保护机制。仿真结果表明,模块在宽输入电压范围内输出稳定,效率在96%以上,功率密度超过21.44 W/cm^(3),通信延迟低于4 ms,具备良好的热管理性能与控制实时性。 To meet the needs of industrial automation for high power density,good cooling,and smart control,a 3 kW servo drive power module is studied.A liquid-cooled Direct Current-Direct Current(DC-DC)power module based on Controller Area Network(CAN)bus is designed.The Inductor-Inductor-Capacitor(LLC)resonant fullbridge circuit is used.A liquid cooling method and CAN communication are applied.A control method for current sharing in parallel modules and an intelligent protection system are proposed.Simulation results show that the module works stably under wide input voltage.Efficiency is over 96%.Power density is higher than 21.44 W/cm^(3).Communication delay is less than 4 ms.The module has good thermal performance and fast response.
