摘要
新时代大学生团结奋斗精神的培育,有利于促进大学生全面健康发展、弘扬集体主义精神、助力中华民族伟大复兴。当前大学生团结奋斗精神总体良好,但也存在大学生对团结奋斗精神认知浅表化、情感矛盾化与行为自保化等问题,需要从加强马克思主义理论教育、强化教育主体力量协同、发挥课堂教育作用、有效利用多重资源等方面着手,切实提高大学生团结奋斗精神培育的实效性。
Strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of solidarity and struggle among college students in the new era is conducive to ensuring their comprehensive and healthy development,promoting the spirit of collectivism,and assisting in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,the overall level of the spirit of solidarity and struggle among college students is fairly good,but there are also issues such as superficial understanding,emotional contradictions,and self-protective behaviors regarding this spirit.To effectively address these problems,efforts should be made in areas such as strengthening the Marxist theoretical education,enhancing the collaborative power of educational stakeholders,leveraging the role of classroom education,and making effective use of the external resources,thereby significantly improving the effectiveness of cultivating the spirit of solidarity and struggle among college students.
