摘要
在全球化与国际化浪潮下,食品行业使用英语作为通用语言已是约定俗成。然而,食品行业专业性强,各种术语繁杂冗长,食品术语的翻译就成为一个复杂难题。本文以食品行业英语术语翻译的重要性为切入点,梳理两类术语翻译类别,对食品相关术语提出翻译的技巧和建议,以期为食品行业的术语翻译提供参考和借鉴,推动食品行业发展。
Under the influence of globalization and internationalization,it is common to use English as a means of translation.However,due to the strong professionalism of the food industry and the complexity of terms involved,translation of related terms has become a challenge.In view of the importance of translating English terms in the food industry,this article systematically sorts out two kinds of terms in the food industrial and provide techniques and suggestions for its terminology translation.Thus,this article hopes to propose insights for terminology translation and play a role in development of food industrial.
