摘要
随着全球能源转型加速及可再生能源政策的推动,光伏项目成为能源领域的投资热点,收购光伏项目成为企业快速拓展业务的重要途径。然而,光伏项目的收购过程充满不确定性,涉及市场、财务和运营等多方面风险。基于此,本文系统分析光伏项目收购中的主要风险,并提出针对性应对措施,以期为光伏项目的成功收购和运营提供理论指导和实践参考。
With the acceleration of global energy transition and the promotion of renewable energy policies,photovoltaic projects have become investment hotspots in the energy sector,and acquiring photovoltaic projects has become an important way for enterprises to rapidly expand their business.However,the acquisition process of photovoltaic projects is full of uncertainty,involving multiple risks such as market,financial,and operational factors.Based on this,this article systematically analyzes the main risks in the acquisition of photovoltaic projects and proposes targeted measures to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the successful acquisition and operation of photovoltaic projects.
