摘要
在高压输电线路施工中,张力架线技术是保障线路安全性和可靠性的关键环节。本文以某110kV输电线路迁改工程为背景,系统分析张力架线施工中的技术要点与质量控制措施。通过机械张力牵引放线工艺、导线磨损防护、地锚强度选择及紧线锚线规定的优化,结合特殊跨越施工方案与质量管控体系,有效解决了山区复杂地形下的架线难题。实践表明,该施工方案能够显著提升架线效率,降低导线损伤率,为同类工程提供技术参考。
In high-voltage transmission line construction,tension stringing technology constitutes a critical link in ensuring line safety and reliability.Taking a 110kV transmission line relocation project as a case study,this paper systematically analyzes the technical key points and quality control measures during tension stringing construction.Through optimization of mechanical tension towing techniques,conductor abrasion protection,anchor strength selection,and dead-ending regulations,combined with the implementation of special crossing construction schemes and a quality management system,the challenges of stringing in complex mountainous terrains were effectively addressed.Practice demonstrates that this construction scheme significantly enhances stringing efficiency,reduces conductor damage rates,and provides technical references for similar projects.
