摘要
针对初级导引绳展放效率较低的问题,研制了一种用于张力架线施工的遥控开合式放线滑车。通过电动活塞式结构设计,实现遥控开合式放线滑车单侧主槽钢的开闭。通过遥控操作,使放线滑车豁口开启,直接引导无人机放置导引绳,随后闭合滑车,从而满足放线滑车导线展放强度要求,提高了输电线路张力架线施工效率和施工安全。
To address the low efficiency of initial pilot rope deployment,a remote-controlled open-close type stringing pulley is developed for tension stringing operations.By adopting an electric piston-type structural design,the opening and closing of a single-side main channel steel of the pulley can be remotely controlled.Through remote operation,the pulley can be opened to allow a drone to directly place the pilot rope,and then closed to meet the strength requirements for conductor stringing.This significantly improves the efficiency and safety of tension stringing operations in power transmission line construction.
