摘要
与普通工业建筑不同,洁净厂房需要通过系统性设计与控制,有效去除空气中的微粒、微生物、有害气体等污染物,维持温度、湿度、气压等参数稳定,为生产过程提供可控的洁净环境。基于此,本文以现代工业洁净厂房作为研究对象,从建筑设计、通风设计、供配电设计三个核心维度分析现代工业洁净厂房的设计要点,以期为同类型项目提供参考与借鉴。
Unlike ordinary industrial buildings,clean rooms require systematic design and control to effectively remove pollutants such as particles,microorganisms,and harmful gases from the air,maintain stable parameters such as temperature,humidity,and air pressure,and provide a controllable clean environment for the production process.Based on this,this article takes modern industrial clean rooms as the research object,and analyzes the design points of modern industrial clean rooms from three core dimensions:architectural design,ventilation design,and power supply and distribution design,in order to provide reference and inspiration for similar projects.
