摘要
目前,在光伏(PV)行业使用隧穿氧化层钝化接触(TOPCon)太阳电池十分普遍。然而,电池片会出现绕镀外观和边缘漏电等问题,导致电池的光学和电学性能下降,具体表现为开路电压(Voc)、短路电流密度(Jsc)和填充因子(FF)等指标下降。本文以TOPCon电池技术为研究基础,研究去poly槽清洗时间对硅片微观形貌、反射率、方阻及电性的影响。研究结果表明,清洗时间越长越有利于去除绕镀的poly层,清洗时间对反射率和方阻无明显影响;当去poly槽反应时间为330s时,硅片的转化效率略高于270s反应时间的效率,具体优势体现在电压、电流及填充因子等指标上。
At present,the use of Tunnel Oxide Passivation Contact(TOPCon)solar cells is very common in the photovoltaic(PV)industry.However,there may be issues with the appearance and edge leakage of battery cells during plating,resulting in a decrease in the optical and electrical performance of the battery,specifically manifested as open circuit voltage(Voc),short-circuit current density(Jsc),and fill factor(FF).This article is based on TOPCon battery technology and investigates the effect of poly bath cleaning time on the microstructure,reflectivity,square resistance,and electrical properties of silicon wafers.The research results indicate that a longer cleaning time is more beneficial for removing the poly layer around the plating,and the cleaning time has no significant effect on the reflectivity and square resistance;When the reaction time to the poly tank is 330 seconds,the conversion efficiency of the silicon wafer is slightly higher than that of the 270 second reaction time,with specific advantages reflected in indicators such as voltage,current,and fill factor.
