绿色节能理念下建筑暖通施工问题及对策探讨

摘要 本文总结绿色节能理念下建筑暖通施工在材料选用、施工工艺、运行管理以及施工人员整体素养等方面的具体要求,分析目前建筑暖通施工中存在的设备能效低、设计施工不合理、缺乏智能控制、可再生能源应用不足以及系统监测维护缺失等问题。针对这些问题,提出选择高效节能设备、优化设计方案与施工管理、引入智能控制系统、推广可再生能源应用以及建立完善监测机制等优化措施,以期提升建筑暖通施工的绿色节能水平,实现建筑行业的可持续发展。 This paper summarizes the specific requirements of building HVAC construction in four aspects:material selection,construction technology,operation management and overall quality of construction personnel under the concept of green energy saving,and analyzes the problems existing in building HVAC construction,such as low energy efficiency,unreasonable design and construction,lack of intelligent control,insufficient application of renewable energy,and lack of system monitoring and maintenance.In view of these problems,optimization measures such as selecting high-efficiency energy-saving equipment,optimizing design schemes and construction management,introducing intelligent control systems,promoting the application of renewable energy,and establishing and improving monitoring mechanisms are proposed,in order to improve the green and energy-saving level of building HVAC construction and achieve sustainable development of the construction industry.
