摘要
伴随着对益生菌的深入研究,“后生元”也走进公众的视线,成为饲料添加剂中的后起之秀。后生元是对宿主健康有益的无生命微生物和/或其成分的制剂,具有抗炎、抗氧化、调节肠道菌群、增强机体代谢、提升免疫能力等诸多功能,其“无生命”的优势也为其带来更加广阔的应用空间。文章对后生元的来源、制备途径、优势、类别及组分进行总结,对后生元的益生作用机制及其在水产领域的应用进行综述,为后生元在水产养殖领域的应用提供一定科学依据,为其相关深入研究提供科学参考。
As research in probiotics deepens,"postbiotics"have garnered public attention,emerging as a promising newcomer among feed additives.Postbiotics are formulations of non-living microorganisms and/or their components that confer benefits to host health.They exhibit a range of functions,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant properties,modulation of gut microbiota,enhancement of metabolic processes,and boosting of immune function.The advantage of being"non-living"expands their potential applications.A summary is provided here on the origins,production pathways,benefits,classifications,and constituents of postbiotics.Additionally,a comprehensive review is presented on the mechanisms by which postbiotics exert their probiotic effect and their applications in aquaculture.This overview aims to furnish a scientific founda-tion for the use of postbiotics in aquaculture and to offer a reference for further in-depth studies in this area.
