摘要
研究旨在制定蔗糖螯合复合有机微量元素商品肉鸡节本增效实用方案。以硫酸盐为参比,通过4次小试,3次中试和3次生产推广,累计120万只白羽肉鸡不同层次的试验研究,通过元素平衡试验、体内沉积量和组织抗氧化指标等测定,确定了蔗糖铁、铜、锌、锰生物学利用率分别提高16%、28%、14%和16%。通过4个批次的能量和养分净利用率评估研究,确定了蔗糖螯合复合有机微量元素可以释放的商品肉鸡配方的代谢能值为130.00~261.00 kJ/kg,营养参数值相对值分别为粗蛋白2.5%~4.0%,赖氨酸2.5%~3.5%,蛋氨酸2.5%~4.0%,色氨酸4.5%~5.5%,精氨酸1.5%~2.0%,组氨酸2.0%~3.5%,亮氨酸0.5%~1.5%,异亮氨1.5%~2.0%,苯丙氨酸2.0%~3.5%,苏氨酸3.0%~4.5%,缬氨酸3.0%~4.5%。制定了蔗糖螯合复合有机微量元素商品肉鸡节本增效实用方案。
To study the technical scheme of high biological availability and increase efficiency by reducing costs of sucrose chelating trace elements in broilers.A total of 1.2 million commercial broil-ers were used in 4 initial tests,3 final tests and 3 production applications,to study biological utilization of sucrose chelating trace elements,by the measure-ment of the nutrient absorptivity,trace elements deposited and antioxidant indexes.The study determined the biological utilization of sucrose chelated iron,copper,zinc and manganese was increased by 16%,28%,14%and 16%,respectively,compared to the corresponding sulfate.Through four net energy and nutrient utiliza-tion studies,proved sucrose chelating organic trace elements can reduce the broilers dietary metabolizable energy 130.00-261.00 kJ/kg,reduce the crude protein,lysine,methionine,tryptophan,arginine,histidine,leucine,isoleucine,phenylalanine,threonine and valine in the diet by 2.5%-4.0%,2.5%-3.5%,2.5%-4.0%,4.5%-5.5%,1.5%-2.0%,2.0%-3.5%,0.5%-1.5%,1.5%-2.0%,2.0%-3.5%,3.0%-4.5%and 3.0%-4.5%,respectively.The research determined the technical scheme of high biological availability and increased efficiency by reducing costs of sucrose chelating trace elements in broilers.
