摘要
讨论了高强铝合金微观组织与性能之间的关系,发现以均匀弥散的η'相为主的基体沉淀相和不连续分布的半或非共格晶界沉淀相是决定铝合金宏观性能的理想组织,从合金成分、制备技术及热处理等方面综述了获得理想组织的一些研究,并展望了今后高强韧铝合金的发展方向。
The relationship between microstructure and property of high strength aluminum alloy was discussed,and it was derived that the uniform dispersion of η’ matrix precipitates and discontinuous distribution of semi-coherent or incoherent grain boundary precipitates were the ideal microstructure,which can determine the properties of aluminum alloys.The efforts to get the ideal microstructure were reviewed from alloy composition,preparation techniques and heat treatment.The future development direction of high strength high toughness aluminum alloy was pointed out.
