海上油田岩石扩容技术优化及应用研究

摘要 针对海上部分油田长期生产过程中油水井呈现的产能下降快、注入困难等问题,部分油田应用了岩石扩容技术,但措施效果不一。根据海上油田储层物性和开发方式分析岩石扩容技术的适用性,总结海上施工情况和措施效果,结合数值模拟分析、试井解释结论等,对岩石扩容工艺参数、工艺流程、现场决断依据等进行优化,形成一套适用于海上油田岩石扩容作业的设计方法。基于提出的设计方法,完成了国内海上5口井岩石扩容工艺方案设计和现场施工,措施后油井产液量提高近2倍,水井日注水量提高1倍,实现了油井增产和水井增注的目的。效果表明,提出的参数优化设计和现场决断方法适用于海上油田岩石扩容作业,同时为岩石扩容技术的实施提供了参考和借鉴。 In view of the rapid decline of production capacity and injection difficulty of oil and water wells in the long-term production process of some offshore oil fields,some oil fields have applied rock capacity expansion technology,but the measures have different effects.Based on the physical properties and development methods of offshore oilfield reservoirs,the applicability of rock expansion technology was analyzed.The offshore construction situation and the effect of measures were summarized.Combined with numerical simulation analysis,well test interpretation conclusions,etc.,the process parameters,process flow,and on-site decision-making basis of rock expansion were optimized to form a set of design methods suitable for rock expansion operations in offshore oilfields.Based on the proposed design method,the rock expansion process scheme design and on-site construction of five domestic offshore wells were completed.After the measures,the fluid production of the well was increased by nearly 2 times,and the daily injection water of the well was increased by 1 time,which realized the purpose of increasing the production of the well and the injection of the well.The results show that the proposed parameter optimization design and on-site decision-making method are applicable to the rock expansion operation in offshore oil fields,and at the same time provide reference and inspiration for the implementation of rock expansion technology.
