油水井酸化解堵工艺与优化技术探讨

摘要 随着油气田开发进入高含水、低渗透、高矿化阶段,油水井产能下降问题日益突出,其中由地层伤害引起的井筒堵塞、孔隙喉道闭塞等问题成为影响产能恢复的关键因素。酸化解堵作为提升井筒通流能力、恢复地层渗流性能的重要手段,在油水井增产增注、稳产控水等方面发挥着显著作用。本文在梳理传统酸化工艺发展历程与基本机制的基础上,系统总结了当前常用酸液体系、解堵对象特性与应用适配性,分析了酸液反应动力学特征与酸化液滤失控制技术,并结合典型油田现场实践,探讨了酸化工艺在多类型储层中的适应性优化路径与技术发展方向。 As oil and gas fields enter the high-water-cut,low-permeability,and high-mineralization stages,the decline in production from oil and water wells has become increasingly prominent.Issues such as wellbore blockage and pore throat closure caused by formation damage have become key factors affecting production recovery.Acid fracturing,as an important method to enhance wellbore flow capacity and restore formation permeability,plays a significant role in increasing production and injection,stabilizing production,and controlling water production in oil and water wells.This paper systematically summarizes the current commonly used acid fluid systems,characteristics of the targets for fracturing,and their application compatibility,based on a review of the development history and basic mechanisms of traditional acid fracturing processes.It also analyzes the kinetic characteristics of acid fluid reactions and acid fracturing filtrate loss control technology,and discusses the adaptive optimization paths and technical development directions for acid fracturing processes in various types of reservoirs,drawing on typical field practices.
