多支路组合标准表法气体流量标准装置工艺优化研究

摘要 天然气贸易计量流量计一般使用标准表法气体流量标准装置检定校准,流量标准装置往往通过采用多条相同口径的标准涡轮流量计支路并联组合的设计方式,由于检定台位工艺和位置的不同,存在每条标准表支路流量不均衡的问题,导致部分标准涡轮流量计超过流量上限的情况,因此利用连续性方程、动量方程、能量方程和湍流方程对流场仿真模拟。通过流体力学理论针对典型管道进行计算,建立工艺流程数据模型,结合三维仿真技术进行模拟,结合11条标准支路工作级标准装置开展实际测试验证,给出最优的标准表支路设计方案,合理设计标准表法气体流量标准装置的工艺,给出了标准装置支路组合方法,保证了标准装置运行工艺达到较高的技术水平。 Natural gas trade metering flowmeters are generally calibrated and verified by standard meter method gas flow standard devices.Flow standard devices are often designed by using multiple standard turbine flowmeter branches with the same diameter in parallel combination.Due to the differences in the process and position of the verification stations,there is a problem of unbalanced flow in each standard meter branch,which may cause some standard turbine flowmeters to exceed the upper limit of flow.Therefore,it is necessary to use the continuity equation,momentum equation,energy equation and turbulence equation to simulate the flow field,calculate the typical pipeline through the theory of fluid mechanics,and establish the data model of the process flow.Combined with the three dimensional simulation technology,the actual test and verification of 11 standard branch standard devices were carried out,the optimal standard meter branch design scheme was given,the reasonable design process of the standard meter gas flow standard device was designed,and the branch combination method of the standard device was given,which ensured that the standard device operation process has reached a high technical level.
