摘要
设计基于正交试验及粉体学特征的槐明颗粒工艺优化研究应用于中药学综合知识与技能实训课程。首先,查阅文献,设计正交试验及粉体学特征实验方案;然后,按方案开展槐明颗粒提取工艺及制剂成型工艺优化研究;最后,分析研究数据,总结撰写论文。本项目按科学研究步骤开展,可以培养学生的科研素养,提升学生的创新思维,锻炼学生综合运用所学知识解决项目研究过程中复杂问题的能力,应用于综合实训课程有利于提高中药学专业人才培养质量。
The design of the process optimization of Huaiming Granules based on orthogonal experiment and powder characteristics is applied to the Comprehensive Knowledge and Skills Training Course in Traditional Chinese Pharmacy.Firstly,conduct literature review and design the orthogonal experiment and the experimental scheme of powder characteristics.Then,according to the plan,carry out the optimization research of the extraction process and preparation molding process of Huaiming Granules.Finally,analyze the research data,summarize and write the paper.This project is carried out according to the steps of scientific research,which can cultivate students'scientific research literacy,improve students'innovative thinking,and train students'ability to comprehensively use the knowledge learned to solve complex problems in the process of project research.The application of this project in the Comprehensive Training Course is conducive to improving the quality of talents training of Traditional Chinese Pharmacy.
