摘要
图书馆作为传播知识、传承文明、服务社会的公共场所,承担着资源育人、文化育人、服务育人、行为育人、环境育人等多重育人使命。基于当前的政策导向、技术变革和发展需求,数字化赋能图书馆育人既是顺应教育数字化发展的战略选择,也是图书馆育人与时俱进的必然要求。从“铸魂”“树人”“强基”的价值追求审视数字化赋能图书馆育人,有助于增强育人内容感染力、提升育人方法引领力、扩大育人时空辐射力,切实提升图书馆育人实效。从“精度”“深度”“温度”的实践指向审视数字化赋能图书馆育人,需坚持“系统整合”与“精准供给”相结合,推动图书馆育人的功能优化;“建章立制”与“素养提升”相融通,发挥图书馆育人的协同合力;“工具理性”与“价值理性”相统一,厘定图书馆育人的价值导向,进而不断推动图书馆育人提质增效,为实现“立德树人”这一根本任务提供有力支撑。
As public institutions that spread knowledge,perpetuate civilization,and serve the community,libraries fulfill a multi-dimensional educational mission through their resource,culture,service,behavior,and environment.In light of contemporary policy directions,technological transformation,and developmental demands,digitization empowering library-based education constitutes not only a strategic adaptation to educational digitization but also an inherent necessity for keeping their educational function up to date.Examining digitization empowering library-based education through the core principles of character building,talent development,and foundational strengthening provides a valuable perspective,aiding in amplifying the resonance of educational content,elevating the guiding power of pedagogical approaches,and broadening the radiation power of educational influence in time and space,thus effectively boosting the overall efficacy of library-based education.Examining digitization empowering library-based education from the practical dimensions of precision,depth,and warmth requires a combination between"system integration"and"targeted provision"to drive the functional optimization of library-based education.It is essential not only to integrate"establishing institutions"with"enhancing competence"to harness the synergistic force of library-based education,but also to achieve a unity of"instrumental rationality"and"value rationality"to clarify its value orientation.This approach continuously improves the quality and efficiency of library-based education,providing robust support for achieving the fundamental task of"fostering virtue and cultivating talents."
