摘要
从山东省诸城市无性系茶树种植区筛选了信阳10号、槠叶齐、中茶108、蒙山9号4个主要无性系茶树品种,对茶树的成活率、抗寒性、春茶产量、品质等主要农艺性状进行了观察分析。结果表明,信阳10号、槠叶齐、中茶108的抗寒性表现较强,蒙山9号的抗寒性较差。信阳10号、槠叶齐、中茶108的成活率较高,蒙山9号的成活率较低。中茶108的春茶产量表现最优,信阳10号、槠叶齐次之,蒙山9号较低。4个品种制作的绿茶具有“形美、香高、味醇、韵长”的品质特点,以及北方高端茶的独特韵味。综合来看,信阳10号、槠叶齐、中茶108的抗寒性和适应性在山东茶区表现较好,蒙山9号则较差。
This study used four major clonal tea cultivars namely'Xinyang 10','Zhuyeqi','Zhongcha 108',and'Mengshan 9'cultivated in Zhucheng city,Shandong Province as the research materials.Key agronomic traits,including survival rate,cold resistance,spring tea yield,and quality,were systematically analyzed.The results demonstrate that'Xinyang 10','Zhuyeqi'and'Zhongcha 108'exhibited strong cold resistance,while'Mengshan 9'performed poorly in this respect.The survival rates of'Xinyang 10','Zhuyeqi'and'Zhongcha 108'were relatively high,while'Mengshan 9'showed a lower survival rate.In terms of spring tea yield,'Zhongcha 108'outperformed the others,followed by'Xinyang 10'and'Zhuyeqi',and'Mengshan 9'yielded the least.Green teas produced from all four cultivars exhibited an"elegant ap-pearance,high aroma,mellow taste,and lingering aftertaste,"embodying the distinctive characteristics of premium northern teas.In conclusion,'Xinyang 10','Zhuyeqi'and'Zhongcha 108'demonstrated highly cold resistance and adaptability in Shandong tea-growing regions,whereas'Mengshan 9'performed comparatively poorly.
