摘要
复杂地质条件下的露天矿开采,存在断层、褶皱、软弱夹层等地质结构,存在边坡失稳的风险。研究并应用有效的边坡防治技术,可提高矿山作业的安全性,预防滑坡、崩塌等灾害事故的发生。本文针对某矿区水泥原料大理岩矿矿山Ⅲ区边坡安全系数不达标(1.15<1.20)的问题,提出了边坡防治技术集成应用方案。通过锚索、抗滑桩加固结合截排水沟排水,辅以监测设备实时监控,对500 m长、120 m高的边坡区域进行治理。经6个月实践验证,该方法促使边坡安全系数提升至1.32,且周边区域预防性加固效果显著,有效保障矿山安全生产,验证了该集成技术在边坡防治中的高效性与可靠性。
Open-pit mining under complex geological conditions involves geological structures such as faults,folds,and weak interlayers,which pose a risk of slope instability.Researching and applying effective slope prevention and control technologies can significantly improve the safety of mining operations and prevent disasters such as landslides and collapses.This paper proposes an integrated application solution for slope prevention and control technology to address the problem that the safety factor of the slope in Zone III of a cement raw material marble mine in a certain mining area does not meet the standard(1.15<1.20).The 500 m-long and 120 m-high slope area was treated by anchor cable and anti-slide pile reinforcement combined with drainage of intercepting and drainage ditch,supplemented by real-time monitoring of monitoring equipment.After 6 months of practical verification,this method has increased the slope safety factor to 1.32,and the preventive reinforcement effect in the surrounding area is significant,effectively ensuring the work safety in mines,and verifying the efficiency and reliability of this integrated technology in slope prevention and control.
