英国伦敦托特纳姆黑尔重建项目的旗舰之作--阿什利路一号,是一个深植于场地的高密度“居住-工作-商业”社区综合体。该项目是托特纳姆黑尔重建区“黑尔之心”的门户。其选址毗邻沃尔瑟姆斯托湿地和利河河谷水道,是将后工业时代以交通为主导的枢纽,大规模改造为富有特色、多元且适宜步行社区的一部分。项目包含两栋住宅塔楼,围合出院落街区的两侧,涵盖183套住宅单元,其下三层为零售与孵化办公空间,并配有屋顶花园和全新公共区域。
One Ashley Road,a flagship project of the Tottenham Hale regeneration in London,UK,is a dense live-work-shop community complex rooted in place.One Ashley Road is Alison Brooks Architects’landmark project for client,Related Argent,forming the gateway to the Tottenham Hale redevelopment,Heart of Hale.Located near the Walthamstow Wetlands and Lea Valley waterways,the scheme is part of a large-scale transformation of a post-industrial,traffic-dominated transport hub into a characterful,diverse and walkable neighborhood.It comprises two residential towers that frame two sides of a courtyard block.The scheme houses 183 residential units,above three levels of retail and incubator office spaces,as well as roof gardens and a new public realm.
