摘要
随着军事变革在世界范围内的蓬勃发展,战场环境变化复杂激烈,作战面临动态威胁,需要灵活和适应性强的指挥控制结构。针对指挥权限动态调整问题,利用运筹理论中的图论方法对决策节点和平台节点间的指挥权限进行描述,建立决策节点损毁情况下的指挥权限动态调整模型,基于规划论,设计了一种多阶段优化方法修复指挥控制结构并及时调整指挥权限。在3种不同规模场景下进行仿真实验,验证了该方法在求解指挥权限动态调整问题上的有效性和优越性。
With the vigorous development of military change in the world,the battlefield environment is changing complex and fierce,and the operations are facing dynamic threats,so more flexible and adaptable command and control structures are required.Aiming at the problem of dynamic adjustment of command authority,the graph theory method is utilized to describe the command authority between decision-making nodes and platform nodes.The dynamic adjustment model of command authority in case of decision node failure is established,and a multi-stage optimization method is designed to repair the command and control structure,which is based on the planning theory.The command authority is adjusted in time.The effectiveness and superiority of this method for solving the dynamic adjustment problem of command authority are verified through simulation experiments in three kinds of different scale scenarios.
