摘要
针对当前有人/无人机协同作战能力评估考虑指标不确定性不够,以及主观赋权法存在主观随意性和客观赋权法与实际不符的问题。以OODA理论为基础,分析有人/无人机协同作战的作战流程和阶段划分,构建评估指标体系,提出基于云模型的有人/无人机协同作战能力评估方法,综合层次分析法和熵权法对指标进行组合赋权,通过将评估指标转化为云数字特征解决指标不确定性问题,运用云运算规则得出评估结果。研究成果能够为有人/无人机协同作战运用提供有益参考。
In response to the insufficient uncertainty of indicators in the current evaluation of manned/unmanned aerial vehicle cooperative combat capabilities,as well as the subjective arbitrariness of subjective weighting methods and the objective weighting methods inconsistent with reality.Based on the OODA theory,the combat process and the stage divisions of manned/unmanned aerial vehicle cooperative combat are analyzed,an evaluation index system is constructed,and proposes a capability evaluation method for manned/unmanned aerial vehicle cooperative combat based on cloud model is proposed.The analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are combined to determine the weight of the index,and the uncertainty of the index is solved by converting the evaluation index into cloud digital features.Finally,the evaluation results are obtained using cloud computing rules.The research results can provide useful references for the cooperative combat application of manned/unmanned aerial vehicles.
