摘要
本文总结1例视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)继发黄斑水肿(ME)患者在眼科专科护士主导下开展中西医结合干预的护理体会。成立眼科专科护士小组,护理过程中,基于中西医协同治疗理念,制定“西医精准靶向+中医辨证调理”方案,在进行眼内靶向治疗的同时,开展心理护理、中药汤剂口服、针灸、康复指导等围手术期护理。经干预,患者视网膜血液循环状态得到改善,黄斑水肿明显减轻,视网膜静脉阻塞症状缓解,视力得以提升,最终顺利出院。
This paper summarizes the nursing of a patient with retinal vein occlusion(RVO)complicated with macular edema(ME)who received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment under the guidance of ophthalmic specialist nurses.An ophthalmic specialist nursing team was established,and the treatment principles were determined based on the basic ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as holistic treatment and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Under the professional guidance of the ophthalmic specialist nurse team,the patient re⁃ceived Western medicine treatment,preoperative psychological nursing,postoperative nursing and TCM nursing interventions such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoc⁃tion and acupuncture.As a result,the retinal blood circulation was improved,the macular edema was reduced,the symptoms of retinal vein occlusion were relieved,the visual acuity was im⁃proved,and the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital.
