摘要
目的 探讨眼科专科护士主导的术前评估在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法将136例DR日间手术患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各68例。对照组实施常规术前评估,研究组在对照组基础上实施眼科专科护士主导的术前评估。比较两组的应用效果。结果 出院后1周,研究组的视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后2个月的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的疾病健康知识、出院后注意事项、居家病情观察、眼部保健知识评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的疾病知识、出院后应对能力、可获得的社会支持评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 眼科专科护士主导的术前评估有利于改善DR日间手术患者的视力情况,减少术后并发症发生,提高疾病健康知识知晓、掌握情况。
Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative evaluation led by ophthalmic specialist nurses in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)undergoing day surgery.Methods A total of 136 patients with DR day surgery were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative evaluation,and the study group was given preoperative evaluation led by ophthalmic specialist nurses on the basis of the control group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results One week after discharge,the visual acuity of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 2 months after operation(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease health knowledge,precautions after discharge,home condition observation,eye health knowledge and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of disease knowledge,coping ability after discharge,available social support and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative evaluation led by ophthalmic specialist nurses is conducive to improving the visual acuity of patients undergoing DR day surgery,reducing postoperative complications,improving the awareness and mastery of disease health knowledge.
