富里酸对淤泥堆肥中重金属赋存形态的影响

Effects of fulvic acid on the speciation of heavy metals during dredged sediment composting

摘要 为探究富里酸(FA)对淤泥调配生物质固废堆肥中重金属赋存形态的影响,以淤泥、秸秆与餐厨垃圾为原料进行为期44d的好氧堆肥试验,研究了添加100,200,400mg/kg FA对重金属的影响.结果表明,添加FA提高了堆肥的温度峰值、高温期持续时长、阳离子交换量(CEC)、挥发性固体(VS)降解率、发芽指数(GI).同时,FA显著促进了重金属向残渣态转化,试验组的残渣态钴(RES-Co)、镍(RES-Ni)和铜(RES-Cu)含量分别较对照组提高11.0%~16.9%、4.1%~6.8%和0.8%~6.0%.通过促进溶解性有机物(DOM)中芳香族碳积累和特定菌群(如变形杆菌门、拟杆菌门)的富集,FA加速了堆肥腐殖化进程,提高了重金属钝化效果.GI、CEC、pH值和RES-Ni是影响微生物群落变化的主控因子.400mg/kg FA处理加速DOM腐殖化,优化微生物群落组成结构并促进重金属钝化的效果最佳. To investigate the effect of fulvic acid(FA)addition on heavy metal speciation during aerobic composting of sludge-based biomass waste,a 44-day aerobic composting experiment was conducted using sludge,straw,and food waste as raw materials.The effects of FA at 100,200,and 400mg⋅kg-¹on heavy metal transformation dynamics were examined.Results showed that FA addition increased peak temperature,cation exchange capacity(CEC),volatile solids(VS)degradation rate,and germination index(GI).FA notably facilitated the conversion of heavy metals into more stable residual fractions,with residual cobalt(RES-Co),nickel(RES-Ni),and copper(RES-Cu)contents increasing by 11.0%~16.9%,4.1%~6.8%,and 0.8%~6.0%,respectively,compared to the control.By enhancing the accumulation of aromatic carbon in dissolved organic matter(DOM)and enriching specific microbial taxa(e.g.,Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes),FA accelerated humification and enhanced the immobilization of heavy metals.GI,CEC,pH,and RES-Ni were identified as key factors influencing microbial community shifts.The 400mg/kg FA treatment exhibited the most significant heavy metal passivation effect,primarily by accelerating the humification of dissolved organic matter and optimizing the microbial community structure.
