摘要
介绍了导电复合纤维的种类、制备技术及其应用,并对导电复合纤维的研究发展进行了展望。导电复合纤维是以高分子聚合物纤维为基体,通过共混纺丝、原位聚合、表面涂层等技术制备的功能性纤维,可分为金属系、碳系、导电聚合物系,目前的方法是将金属纳米材料、碳纳米材料及导电聚合物等功能单元引入纤维结构,从而赋予纤维导电性。导电复合纤维在防静电纺织品、电磁屏蔽、纤维状超级电容器、柔性传感器和可穿戴设备等领域展现出广阔的应用前景。未来导电复合纤维的研究重点应聚焦于开发低成本、高稳定性的新型导电功能材料,发展绿色高效的规模化制备技术,并进一步拓展其在健康监测、软体机器人、智能防护服装和军事科技等领域的应用。
The types,preparation techniques,and applications of conductive composite fibers were introduced,and the research progress and future prospects of conductive composite fibers were discussed.Conductive composite fibers are functional fibers prepared with polymer fibers as the matrix through techniques such as blend spinning,in situ polymerization,and surface coating.They can be categorized into metal-based,carbon-based,and conductive polymer-based types.At present,the main approach is to incorporate functional units such as metal nanomaterials,carbon nanomaterials,and conductive polymers into the fiber structure to impart electrical conductivity to the fibers.Conductive composite fibers have demonstrated broad application prospects in antistatic textiles,electromagnetic shielding,fiber-shaped supercapacitors,flexible sensors,and wearable devices.Future research should focus on developing low-cost and highly stable novel conductive materials,advancing green and efficient large-scale preparation technologies,and further expanding applications in health monitoring,soft robotics,smart protective clothing,and military technology.
