摘要
为优化二醋酸纤维素的纺丝加工成型工艺,采用Physica MCR301流变仪对二醋酸纤维素丙酮纺丝液的稳态和动态时的流变性能进行测试。分析了二醋片的剪切速率、特性黏度、纺丝液的质量分数和温度对二醋酸纤维素丙酮纺丝液流变性能的影响。结果表明,二醋酸纤维素丙酮纺丝液是剪切变稀的非牛顿流体,其表观黏度、结构黏度指数、动态模量随二醋片特性黏度的增大、质量分数的提高、温度的降低而增大。降低二醋片的特性黏度,适当提高纺丝液的质量分数,可保持纺丝液流变性能的相对稳定。在实际生产中,这有利于提高产量。
In order to optimize the forming process of cellulose diacetate fibers,the Anton Paar Physica MCR301 rheometer was used to test the steady and dynamic rheological behavior of the cellulose diacetate / acetone spinning solution.The effects of shear rate,intrinsic viscosity,concentration,and temperature on the viscoelastic properties were analyzed. The results demonstrate that the cellulose diacetate / acetone spinning solution of cellulose diacetate / acetone is a typical non-Newtonian fluid. The apparent viscosity,the structural index and the dynamic modulus increase with increase of the intrinsic viscosity or concentration,and decrease of the temperature. It can make the rheological properties of cellulose diacetate / acetone spinning solution relatively stable by reducing the intrinsic viscosity and increasing the concentration,which is beneficial to increase production.
